Candidate for Tolomato Community Development District (CDD) Seat 5
Financial Accountability.
Independent Oversight.
Residents First.
WHY I'M RUNNING
Nocatee is our home, and I'm running for Tolomato CDD Seat 5 to help ensure the decisions we make today keep our community strong for years to come.
As a CPA, I bring a financial perspective and an independent approach to the Tolomato CDD Board — asking the right questions, carefully evaluating how residents’ money is spent, and planning responsibly for the long-term maintenance of our community.
My focus is straightforward: maintain what we’ve built, plan for what comes next, and put residents first.
MY PRIORITIES
Promote responsible budgeting and financial accountability across District budgets, contracts, reserves, and expenditures—asking the right questions and keeping a long-term perspective on how residents’ dollars are managed.
Evaluate each decision on its merits and in the best interests of residents. Bring an independent voice to the Board by asking questions, scrutinizing proposals and contracts, and making decisions based on facts.
Keep residents’ interests at the center of Board decisions. Support the responsible maintenance of our amenities, landscaping, infrastructure, and community assets while preserving the quality of life that makes Nocatee a great place to live.
MAINTAIN WHAT WE'VE BUILT.
PLAN FOR WHAT COMES NEXT.

The Tolomato Community Development District plays an important role in maintaining the infrastructure, amenities, landscaping, and other community assets Nocatee residents rely on. Residents’ annual CDD assessments help fund these responsibilities, including repayment of District debt and ongoing operations and maintenance.
With those responsibilities comes the need for sound budgeting, adequate reserves, careful contracting, long-term maintenance planning, and thoughtful Board oversight. These are decisions that directly affect residents today—and the condition and financial strength of our community in the years ahead.
YOUR VOICE MATTERS
Have a question, concern, or idea about the Tolomato CDD? I want to hear from you. Community input is an important part of making informed decisions and keeping residents’ voices at the center of District decisions.
